The story
The round funnel bowl with a diamont point line engraving by the well-known blacksmith/amateur glass engraver Hendrick Scholting (Dordrecht 1700-1780) as a wedding present for his grandson on the occasion of his marriage to Johanna van den Berg. Anno 29 november 1778.
The glass: An English twist lead glass.
