The story

This print is a satirical look at the art market and blatantly pokes fun at the art establishment.
This is done with the declaration of "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU MORONS ACTUALLY BUY THIS SHIT". Simultaneously he is entwined by it. Calling this room full of art patrons feverishly bidding on a work of art 'morons', is a perfect example of Banksy's clever humor.
